Zhen Huang is a Director of Lanvin Group. He is an Executive Director and Executive President of Fosun International, the Chairman of Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart, a Director of Jinhui Liquor, Shede Spirits, Shanghai Resource Property Consulting, Shanghai Bailian Group and various companies within the Fosun Group, the non-executive director of Zhaojin Mining Industry and the Chairman of Baihe Jiayuan Network Group. Mr. Huang was awarded “Top Ten Economic Figures in China’s Circulation Industry” and “National Outstanding Commercial Entrepreneur”. Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor degree in economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an MBA degree from Webster University.
