Executive President, Lanvin Group, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Lanvin, Chairman of St. John and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wolford

Andy Lew served as the Executive President of Lanvin Group since January 2025. He first joined Lanvin Group as St. John’s Global CEO in May 2021. As a seasoned retail and fashion leader with a proven track record of driving global growth for luxury heritage brands and a deep insight into products, people, omnichannel retail and customer experience, Mr. Lew currently oversees the Group’s operations including strategic implementation, business deployment and growth, financial management, supply chain, information technology and brand operations.

Prior to joining St. John Knits, Mr. Lew held senior leadership roles at Brooks Brothers Group, Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and Nordstrom Inc., where he consistently demonstrated success in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex global markets, particularly within the luxury fashion sector. Additionally, he has served on the boards of August Purple, Soles4Souls, and several Brooks Brothers subsidiaries.

Chief Executive Officer, Lanvin

Ms. Werschine is an accomplished leader in the international luxury sector, with over twenty years of experience in brand positioning, product strategy, and retail transformation. She joins Lanvin after serving as CEO of Eric Bompard, where she successfully modernized the brand and optimized its financial performance. She previously served on the Executive Committee at Hermès as Director of Leather Goods Collections, and held key leadership and development roles at Celine, Louis Vuitton, and Zadig & Voltaire. She also worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Wolford

Marco Pozzo joined Wolford as Deputy CEO in July 2025. Mr. Pozzo holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg and HKUST and has built a global career in luxury, design, and consumer goods. He started at Ermenegildo Zegna, rising to Managing Director of Mexico and COO Greater China, then led global retail and digital strategy in Milan. From 2015 to 2020, as CEO of Alessi, he executed a five-year strategic plan and reduced costs. In 2020 he founded a consultancy advising private equity and entrepreneurs on international expansion and acquisitions. Most recently he was CEO of Italian Creation Group, repositioning FontanaArte and Driade through a strategic turnaround.

Chief Executive Officer, St John Knits

Mandy West joined St John Knits in 2019 and most recently served as chief commercial officer. During her tenure, she also held the role of senior VP of retail, wholesale, and buying, overseeing the company’s retail store strategy and broader commercial operations. Before joining St John Knits, she held management roles at Intermix, Nike and Tesla.

Chief Financial Officer, Lanvin Group

Mr. Luo has over 20 years of experience in finance, investment, and capital markets. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Fosun Capital, where he oversees financing, investment exits, and capital management initiatives. Prior to joining Fosun Capital in 2021, Mr. Luo held senior finance leadership positions at Shiheng, We Doctor and Alibaba Group’s Cainiao Network, where he led financing, investment, investor relations and financial management functions. Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG in the UK, China and the United States, focusing on audit, financial due diligence and cross-border transactions. Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Manchester, UK, and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
