Mitchell Alan Garber is an Independent Director of Lanvin Group.  He is a Canadian lawyer, a board member of Shutterfly, Rackspace, Great Canadian Gaming, NHL Seattle and the Chairman of Invest in Canada, the Canadian agency responsible for foreign investment in Canada. He was awarded the Order of Canada in 2019. Mr. Garber holds a BA from McGill University, a law degree from the University of Ottawa, an honorary doctorate from the University of Ottawa, The McGill/Desautels Business School Achievement award, and The University of Ottawa Order of Merit.
